Objectives and skills

• The Master of Veterinary Nursing in Pets intends to train professionals with research, autonomy and critical spirit capacities in the veterinary nursing area as well as to apply modern and effective hospital techniques. The objective will be the acquisition of competences by students that will lead to the improvement of quality in the various labor, clinical and hospital sectors, namely in immunology, anesthesiology, nutrition and dietetics in small animals, physical rehabilitation techniques, as well as skills in exotic animals, an innovative and developing area of Veterinary Sciences.
• The intervention will be effectively complemented with the skills they have developed throughout the training: to communicate, to work in a group with multidisciplinary teams, to be able to learn for themselves recognizing the importance of lifelong learning and entrepreneurship.
